Please understand that the following
return policy is that of our distributor(s). American
Marine Supply.com must comply with this policy in
order to process any and all returns.
- Merchandise shall not be returned without
a valid RGA number issued by American Marine
Supply.com. RGA numbers can be obtained from
our customer service department.
- Returned merchandise must be in factory fresh,
brand new condition. Items must be in the original,
undamaged, unopened manufacture’s packaging
with all packing materials, instruction booklets,
packing inserts, plastic bags, and blank warranty
cards. The manufacturer’s labeled packaging
must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
- Any blister packed items or products that
come in a hard plastic wrap can only be returned
if unopened and in original condition.
- Software must be unopened and in the original
sealed packaging.
- Electronics are not returnable unless American
Marine Supply.com caused the error. PLEASE
ORDER CAREFULLY.
- Items ordered through our Special Order Desk
are not returnable unless American Marine Supply.com
caused the error or the part or item is defective
and eligible, as determined by American Marine
Supply.com, for repair or replacement by the
manufacturer. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY.
- All Howard Miller product returns will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee from date of invoice. All other goods returned after 15 days from invoice will incur a 25% handling and restocking fee.
- No items will be accepted after 30 days from
invoice.
- Returns of defective product under warranty
may be submitted directly to the manufacturer
or through American Marine supply.com assistance.
However, all returns sent through American Marine
Supply.com are accepted only under the conditions
stated in the manufacturer’s policies
and are subject to repair or replacement as
determined by the particular manufacturer, not
by American Marine Supply.com. As a result,
there may be a delay in processing the return,
pending the manufacturer’s resolution
of the matter.
- All manufacturer accepted warranty claims
returned to American Marine Supply.com up to
90 days from invoice will be resolved via the
customer’s choice of replacement or credit.
Replacement only will be available for warranty
returns after 90 days from invoice.
- All returns, defective or otherwise, must
be shipped prepaid. Shipping and handling fees,
if applicable, are not refundable.
